Semi-Private Personal Training

Coached like an athlete. Trained like a team.

Semi-private training at Drip is an experience of its own. Train alongside up to 3 other motivated individuals all chasing the same thing: building fitness around a life that's already full.

Follow your own program written by your coach, tailored to your current goals, or jump into a program your teammate is already running for extra motivation. Either way, you'll get hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and the kind of push that only comes from people who are right there in it with you.

We know how important being around like-minded people is for motivation, skill development, personal growth, and keeping burnout at bay. Building a program around a team isn't a matter of convenience. It's a critical part of success in life. So, we built one around it.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Semi-private Personal Training at Drip is for people who are done going through the motions. You don't need experience, but you do need to show up ready to work.

Our members are busy professionals, parents, and everyday people who take their health seriously. They're not here to dabble. They're here because they've decided that strength, muscle, and long-term fitness are non-negotiable, and they want a coach and a crew to hold them to that standard.

You don't need to have ever touched a barbell. What you do need is an open mind. At Drip we train with weights. We deadlift, we press, we carry, we push and pull, because that's what builds real strength, slows aging, and creates results that actually last. We'll meet you exactly where you are and build from there. But make no mistake... We'll build.

If you're the kind of person who rises when things get hard, who finds energy in being around others doing the same, and who's ready to commit to something that works, you're going to fit right in here.

WHy our system works

The Köhler Effect

Research shows that people working in small groups consistently outperform people training alone, not because the group pushes them verbally, but because nobody wants to be the weakest link. This is called the Köhler Effect, and it's one of the most well-documented phenomena in exercise psychology. In a group of four, it kicks in every single session without anyone saying a word.

Progressive overload & neuromuscular adaptation

You can't ease your way to results. If you're always comfortable, you're not adapting. Your body only changes when you give it a reason to, and that means picking up heavy things, conditioning with intent, and doing it consistently. Every training block at Drip is structured around progressive overload, so the weight, volume, and intensity increase as you adapt and your body never gets to coast. Depending on your goals, you'll run through hypertrophy phases built for muscle growth, strength phases focused on moving heavier weight, and conditioning work that develops all three energy systems: aerobic, glycolytic, and phosphocreatine. You won't just look the part. You'll also be able to perform.

Beyond your coached sessions

Three sessions a week gets you in the door. Five is the gold standard, and we built the infrastructure to get you there. The Drip Athletic Club app tracks every session, logs your lifts, and keeps your programming accessible so you know exactly what you're walking into. Pair that with 24-hour gym access and there's nothing standing between you and your next session.

Seminars & private coaching

Your coached sessions cover the program. Seminars and private coaching cover everything else, the technique questions you didn't want to ask in front of the group, the nutrition piece you've been avoiding, the sticking point that's been holding your numbers back for six months. We run seminars so you can go deeper on the things that matter, and 1-on-1 coaching is available when you need a more direct line.

how it works

1. INTRODUCTION

Book a consultation with one of our coaches and let's get to work. We'll dig into your goals, build a realistic timeline, and run you through a movement assessment, then place you directly into a group or get you started with a foundations course to make sure you hit the ground running with the team.

-

2. YOUR SESSION

Semi-private sessions run one hour. Training times are available Monday through Friday from 5–8am and 4–7pm —

-

3. COACHING

Choose 2 or 3 coached sessions per week depending on how much structure and accountability you're looking for. The rest of your programming lives in the app so you're never guessing on your off days.

THE
PROGRAMS

a part of the Semi-Private team means you get the choice of the type of workouts you want to do. Choose between, Build, Forge, and Ignite our signature program design built for building muscle, gaining strength and increasing your endurance. no matter what your goal is, 1 of these 3 programs will get you to where your headed.

IGNITE

A hybrid CrossTraining-style program where anything goes: long endurance, strength, skills, plyometrics, and anything you can think of.

BUILD

A program focused on muscle building, where chasing a pump and growing muscle size is the main priority. Some cardio is sprinkled in to make sure you stay in shape throughout the year.

FORGE

A program focused on gaining strength. We utilize 4 major movements,  Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Overhead Press. Each day starts with your most important movement, then trickles down to accessories that help build strength in that movement pattern.

I am a nutrition and biomechanics specialist who has spent the last decade as a full-time coach.  I've worked with just about every kind of client there is: injury and surgery recovery, transformations involving 150+ pounds of weight loss, GLP-1 users, postpartum mothers, and everyone in between.  There is no goal too big or too small that we can't accomplish together. We would love to work with you if given the opportunity!

One of, if not the best gym in the Omaha area! Plenty of personal training options, and the trainers and staff are super friendly and want to help you succeed. Super clean gym, especially impressive when you account for the fact that it has 24 hour access.

So, after training at 3 other fitness centers in Omaha, staying with Drip Athletic Club was a no-brainer for me. I am not a "leave a review" type of person. To get my review, the place has to be exceptional because these things take time.

As an Ohio State Big Ten track champion, a runner up on American Gladiators and Englands Gladiator internationals and a retired Chief Master Sergeant from active duty Air Force, I know my money was well spent on this athletic club.

My personal trainer is Jackson, however, the philosophy of how to take an individual from A to B is a shared regime with all the trainers. Another words, you will never go wrong with any of this establishments trainers. They are "bad-ass".

They don't just cookie cut your workouts or programs or advice. It is 100 percent tailored to each individual. The trainers don't just throw you on some leg or arm machine to check a box for leg or arm day. I haven't trained like this since I was back at The Ohio State University. AND they ease you into it according to your current level.

As a member, you dont have to get a personal trainer, they can build a program for you as well and show you how to accomplish each exercise. If you are a member only, you can count on them correctly showing you how to lift or use the equipment if you'd like, as opposed to wandering around the gym and randomly jumping on a machine that you may not know how to use which impedes improvement.

Lastly, but certainly not the least, the family atmosphere is fantastic with classes or field days throughout the year. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The trainers understand the challenges with weight loss and customize, empathize and works with the individual. AND If you'd eventually like to compete, like me, there are no shortages of competitions from beginners to advanced.

Bottom line, you get what you pay for and then some with Drip Athletic Club.

I hope this review will help someone start their Drip Athletic Club journey.

Amazing amazing gym. Every employee in the building came to shake my hand and introduce themselves. Booked an hour of open gym on ClassPass and will be back every single time I’m in Omaha. Could not recommend Drip more for any fitness goals that you have.

I was trying to figure out how I was going to write this review. There's just so much good it's hard to describe.

I came to Drip following quite negative, rude and inconsiderate experiences with another gym (Fit Culture in Bellevue). I was really hoping I'd find a better, kinder place to land and Drip was it. Since the middle of last year, I have worked with trainer Taylor on specific physical testing prep. I don't have the words to express how amazing, thoughtful and truly selfless she is. Taylor truly cares about my goals, my hopes and dreams, my cat (I won't lie, I knew we'd get along because she's a cat mama) and myself as a person. Taylor has sat with me while I cried out of frustration and exhaustion. Taylor has PATIENTLY helped me through previous gym trauma without saying anything hurtful. She acknowledged it and instead of being annoyed or upset, she gently guided me through learning how to get past it. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I am my best self in every way, not just physical. I've never had such a sincere approach to my overall health before and it's truly a blessing.

The gym itself is truly an undiscovered gem. It feels like home and not somewhere to be judged or laughed at during your workouts. My last gym, the owner laughed at me for crying from exhaustion because my trainer was pushing me too hard. I had just worked an intense 8 hour shift. I have full trust and confidence no one would ever do that at Drip. It seems miniscule, but it means so much.
The facility and equipment are clean and well taken care of. It's a "feel good" place.

Jordan (the owner) and his team have truly created something special with Drip Athletic Club and I'm so honored to be a part of it. Jordan is attentive, caring and thoughtful for his members and team. It's evident when you walk in and that's huge. His attitude spreads to everyone else and you can really feel it. I've been a "gym hopper" most of my teen and adult life and I'm so happy to say I found the kind place to land. Drip is by far the best gym in Omaha, guaranteed.

Started coming at the end of 2024 I weighed around 320 pounds and have a bad shoulder thanks to Jordan's mentoring, coaching and dietary advice ive lost about 90 pounds and am learning to overcome my limitations rather than let them control me. My take is Drip is more than just gym but theres a certain energy to the place that can help unlock your potential

I can't say enough good things about Drip. I joined for the 24-hour access and haven't been disappointed once. Jordan, the owner, is passionate about keeping this a great gym. He is present, accessible, and responsive. They work hard to keep it clean. He has bought and installed new equipment at least four times during my membership. This is my first experience as a gym member where I feel like part of a community. All the other members have been respectful and polite. The space itself used to be an anytime fitness, so if you're familiar with that brand you know what you can expect as far as size and equipment.

Jordan is on a mission to make this the best gym in the Midwest. And it’s not based on size or number of membership. It’s based on culture. Environment. Things you can’t get at a commercial gym. This place is special and you’re not gonna get another one quite like it in Omaha. If you’re still hesitant, come on in for their open gym every Thursday!

I love this gym. Jordan has built not just a gym but a culture. One of positivity and progress. No judgments, no hassles, just strong people putting in the work to reach their goals. I have personally dropped 80lbs and gotten stronger than I’ve ever been at Drip and have started training/competing in arm wrestling (which comes with some odd looking workouts) but not once have I felt out of place for doing them. Because this gym is about doing work and becoming a better you.

I joined Drip Athletic Club four months ago after hitting a plateau with own workouts and diet I had been doing for years. I'm a 37 year old, pretty athletic and disciplined working professional; was looking for a change. In a sea of fitness vloggers, Jordan immediately stood out — he listened, understood my goals, and built smart, challenging programs that push me just past my limits. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition is next-level, and I’ve already seen incredible progress. Jordan fiercely cares about his clients and has made fitness fun for me. Beyond that, I respect his dedication as a small business owner. Looking for a gym or personal trainer, Drip is the real deal.

I've really enjoyed my experience so far at Drip Gym. If you are not a huge fan of commercial gyms, this is the gym you are looking for. If you want to become a gym rat and put in the grind, this is the gym you're looking for. The equipment is great, space is properly used, and it's private and comfortable. I highly recommend and have had a positive experience.

The variety of equipment here is amazing, they have everything you could want from your basic Cardio and Bodybuilding equipment to a variety of Strongman implements. While all that is great, what really drove me to join the gym was the community, it is unlike any other gym you will come across. Everyone talks to everyone, if you’re a beginner everyone is willing to answer questions you might have, it is truly an everyone support everyone environment no matter your background or experience!

This gym was exactly what I was looking for: great mix of training tools (specialty barbells, strongman implements, sandbags, sleds, HIIT bikes/rowers/ski ergs, boxes, chalk, and all of the normal stuff), a great environment, and competitively priced.

There’s a stereo you can hook your music up to in the back room which is the best room and that makes it the coolest place to train.

Consistency is king in health and fitness and you need to want to go to your gym which I always did at Drip.

Owners are active and passionate about hybrid fitness and personable. They put in a lot of work and it shows. It adds a sense of community.

There are private restrooms and private showers which are always clean.

24 hour access for degenerate hours working out lifting heavy sandbags over and over, the only person in the gym blaring whatever esoteric music you want over the loudspeakers is a great experience you should have every once and awhile, and can at Drip!

I work out at Drip twice a week, and I had to take a day off just to write this review—that's how intense the workout is! I am probably three times as strong as when I started, and I was already incredibly strong! Thanks, Drip!

My office works directly with Drip Athletic Club offering us group classes and more. The club has a wide range of fitness equipment from cardio to weights. We go at lunchtime and there is plenty of room and open equipment. I love that we get to workout together in a supportive environment. Ashely runs our class and is always challenging us yet supporting us through the entire workout. You will receive lots of high fives when working out at Drip!

Drip is a great small neighborhood gym. Jordan and Ashley are great owners. They keep it clean and well maintained. I was only a short time member there while on vacation, but for the few weeks I was there, the people made me feel welcome.

I had the opportunity to observe Jordan and Ashley training clients. They are very good trainers. If you are looking for a personal trainer, or a neighborhood gym I would recommend checking out Drip.

Drip Athletic Club offers group fitness classes that are really fun and motivating! I have a fitness blog, "Tricia Tries It" that is a Crohn's Disease awareness/fitness blog trying 12 Gyms 12 Months, and Drip Athletic Club was so generous to give January.

It was a great month and would suggest anyone to try it, no matter your fitness level. Ashley, the co-owner, is the kind of coach that inspires you to do your best and offers doable modifications if needed. And I needed! Highly recommend.
