Our focus at MoveRx Physical Therapy is to get you back to the activities you were doing before, no matter whether that was competitive CrossFit or just being active with your kids. We know how important movement is to quality of life so let us help you conquer those nagging aches pains. Our rehab process is broken into 3 different phases. Root, Build, And Resilience.

Our process starts with a thorough evaluation of your injury. We take the time to understand the factors that exacerbate your injury and identify movements that your body tolerates well. By doing so, we can pinpoint the root cause or problem area that needs to be addressed and create an effective treatment plan that targets the underlying issue.

BUILD

During the build phase of your rehab, we focus on rehabilitating your tissues to restore pain-free capacity through exercise and weight training. We strive to replicate the training you had been doing before your injury as closely as possible. Rather than completely avoiding movements that cause pain, we tackle them progressively and help strengthen your tissues to handle the movements you enjoy the most. Our treatment plan includes a combination of in-person training and rehab programming to be performed at your local gym or home.

RESILIENCE

We've built a pain-free movement, now our goal is to build your resilience. Here we spend time building tissue tolerance by incorporating more aggressive movements into your treatment plan. This allows us to return you to sport at full capacity. You are now incorporating heavier loads, more dynamic movements, and returning to normal movements. Time spent in the resilience phase allows the patient to build back confidence in old movements and ensures your tissues have made a full recovery, enabling you to move just like you used to.

Shane received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2021. He has a passion for helping individuals maintain athleticism throughout their lifespan. When was the last time you jumped? Ran? These skills tend to waiver with age but maintaining them is essential for staying young. In- Person Rehab

Come to our facility for in-person rehab and join our gym community. By doing therapy in person, we can gain a deeper understanding of your injury and work more closely with you. We’ll schedule sessions to see you as often as necessary and we will also provide remote programming for you to do at our facility or your local gym to help expedite the healing process.

ONLINE Rehab

We understand that not everyone who wants to work with us is able to visit us in person. That’s why we also offer online treatment! Online treatment includes an initial evaluation, rehab programming, and digital check-ins to ensure you’re always progressing toward your goals of living pain free!
