Body Building

bodybuilding, a regimen of exercises designed to enhance the human body's muscular development and promote general health and fitness. Bodybuilding aims to display muscle mass, symmetry, and definition for overall aesthetic effect. Because of the goal of bodybuilding, you will likely be training in the 8-15 rep range working to develop as much muscle as possible.

Cross Training

Cross Training is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. In this style of training, you will train your mind and body in a variety of movements testing your cardio, gymnastics, and weightlifting that will always versatile your workouts. Compared to all other styles of training this will yield the greatest overall results relating to health and wellness

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting is a style of training where the focus is on 2 specific lifts. The Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. You will find yourself training in the 1-5 rep range. This style of training develops fast twitch muscle fibers and has a great translation for explosive activities and sports. In addition, this style of training will typically lead to improvements in mobility and stability of the joints.

Powerlifting

Powerlifting is a style of training where the goal is to be as strong as possible in 3 lifts: The Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Similar to Olympic Weightlifting, you will train 1-5 reps in your sets. This style of training will provide you with great neurological adaptation, but minimal muscle growth compared to bodybuilding.

Strongman

Strongman training is completing a variety of strength-based activities where you will find yourself using many different "odd objects" such as sandbags, yokes, stones, and logs. As opposed to weightlifting and powerlifting where strength is the one and only key, strongman trains endurance, flexibility and grip strength to build their strength over a longer period of time. Most events last 60 seconds or less.
